Logix ICFs	Walls built using Logix are at leat 23% more thermally efficient than the building regulations require.
	The structure is almost airtight, eliminating draughts from your home. This means Logix ICF homes perform better than the U value alone.
	The solid concrete construction and sound adsorbing EPS foam make your home a quieter place to relax.
	The whole structure can be recycled at the end of its useful life.
Logix EPS Foam	EPS Foam is 97% air, and produces no CFCs or HCFCs.
	EPS is offically rated greener than Straw or Wool in the BRE green guide.
	The Performance of EPS foam won't deteriorate over time, unlike loose fill materials.
	It won't support mould or bacteria, and needs no preservative, meaning healthier homes.
Concrete	99.99% of aggregates are sourced from within the UK.
	85% of UK aggregates are sourced from within 30km of the job site.
	It is extremely resilient to flood, storm and impact damage.
