R-2000 Builder of the Year Home

CHBA-BC past-president, Eric Gerrits and his company Homescape Building & Design Inc., were the recipients of this years R-2000 Builder of the Year Award. After experiencing the difference himself while constructing the project, he says, "I wouldn't build any other way, ever again."
The Cashion Residence received the highest energuide rating of all homes built in 2004.
